The CHBA-Lethbridge Region's mission is the Make the Industry Better. It exists to serve the interests of our members to help them succeed and prosper in a complex and challenging environment.
Housing technology and the skills required to build quality homes are becoming more demanding. Rapid changes in communication and information systems are having a profound impact on the way we do business. In a diverse marketplace, the industry must respond to changing consumer needs and preferences. At all levels, government policies have a great deal of influence on our businesses.

We develop clear, practical positions on issues that matter to the industry and our consumers.

CHBA-LR also arranges educational opportunities for members and networking opportunties. It hosts an annual Building the Best Awards night to recognize the very best in residential construction. The Parade of Homes each fall invites visitors to member show homes. A business expo and tradeshow in the spring offers educational courses in construction, business, and economic topics.
